The Journal of Law and Politics (JLP), a publication of Balkan University Press, invites scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit original and innovative research for consideration in its forthcoming Volume 7, Issue 2, scheduled for publication in October 2026.

Law and politics continue to shape the institutions, policies, and societies in which we live. In keeping with its mission to foster rigorous and interdisciplinary scholarship, JLP welcomes contributions addressing contemporary questions in the following areas:

  • Law and Legal Studies
  • Politics and Political Institutions
  • Public Policy and Governance
  • Human Rights and Justice
  • International and Comparative Law
  • Interdisciplinary Legal and Political Research

The editorial board encourages submissions that offer rigorous analysis, fresh theoretical or empirical perspectives, and meaningful insights into pressing legal and political issues, whether at the national, regional, or international level.

Expected Publication: October 2026
