Katerina Mitevska Petrusheva is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education, International Balkan University. She serves as the Head of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance and coordinates the University's Self-Evaluation Committee. She holds an MA in Pedagogy and a PhD in Education Sciences. Professor Katerina teaches courses such as Introduction to Education, Principles and Techniques of Instruction, Classroom Management, and other subjects within the field of education sciences. Her research interests include Teacher Education, Theory of Education, Classroom Management, and Education Policy.
