Visar Ramadani holds a bachelor of law from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Faculty of Law 'Iustinianus Primus' in Skopje. He served as Secretary-General of International Balkan University from October 2011 to July 2022. From November 2022, he is engaged at the Fund for Innovations and Technology Development as Head of Department in the Sector for Program Activities in the Private Sector. He is founding partner of threedots, a start-up company operating in software development and modern management solutions.
