Born in 1958 in Ordu, Fehmi Ağca completed his undergraduate education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in the Turkish Military Academy in 1979. He completed his undergraduate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1988. After graduating from the Military Academy in 1991, Ağca graduated from Dokuz Eylül University European Union Program in 2007 with Ph.D. In 2013, he received the title of Associate Professor in International Relations from International Balkan University.
